Fees
Usual & Customary Fees For Psychotherapy Services: 

  • $240 for an initial session

  • $175 for a 50-minute individual therapy session

Contact me for fees associated with career development sessions and psycho-educational groups.
Payment 
Cash, check and most major credit cards are accepted for payment of fees and co-pays. All payments are due at the time of service.  
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or Employee Assistance Plan (EAP). Please check your coverage by calling your insurer.

   United Behavioral Health (Optum)

Out of Network Provider

   Depending on your insurance plan, Dr. Hoffman may be able to bill your health insurance

   carrier and request only the co-payment amount at the time of service.
